Best chicken wings in Arlington. Fried and seasoned to perfection. Haven't had anything else but their wings n fries but, so fat they haven't disappointed.
I just ordered takeout from China Express for the first time and I am happily surprised! I ordered takeout to pick up on their website where I tipped (you also sign a receipt where it gives you another opportunity to tip, so just decide beforehand how you want to). The website said it would take about 30 minutes for my order to be ready, and it was ready in about 40. I ordered the wonton soup, a side of fried ride, and the hunan beef.
