I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service here was extremely poor. Very disappointed with the service. The staff were inattentive and unorganized.

The employee is not friendly and will pick on you. I was waiting for my to-go order which may take a while. So I find a seat and grab my laptop to work on some emergency emails. When they called my name to pick up my order, the employee complained to me saying why you have to-go order but sitting there. This is ridiculous. Why I can’t sit there while I was waiting for my order??? The food is okay, but the employee is rude.

We had a lovely brunch in the National Airport in D.C. Yeba took excellent care of us with perfect service. The food was tasty and hit the spot! PF Chang’s is the place to go if you have time between flights! Thanks guys!

I recently visited PF Chang at the Reagan Airport with my family, and we were fortunate to be greeted by the incredibly warm and cheerful hostess Berhan. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed, which was especially comforting since we were looking for a warm meal amidst the travel chaos.
She went above and beyond by accommodating our request to change our seating to a quieter area, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meal. Her thoughtfulness truly made a difference in our dining experience. The food was delicious and just what we needed after a long day of travel.

Shirletta was my server at DCA and let me tell you her service was impeccable! I watched as she greeted each customer with such honor and joy. She is the epitome of how we should interact with each other. Her smile and kindness are unmatched! I will definitely be back to PF Changs and asking for her! Ended up having a longer lay over! They were so sweet to my pup and brought him water and boiled chicken. The staff was so friendly. Great food and good portion size.
