Decent place to wait on your flight! I only had coffee so I can’t recommend any food at this time. Terminal 1 for Southwest needs and update, not as modern as terminal 2 for American.

Today at around 5:08 PM, I had an experience at your establishment that left me feeling disappointed. When I asked a young man working there for some hot water, he responded dismissively, saying, “What do you mean hot water? We don’t have hot water to give; you have to buy tea.” I explained that I was willing to pay for tea but didn’t need it, just the hot water. His tone became more annoyed as he told me they don’t do that sort of thing.

Noting this was 4-5 in the morning, I think I was the first customer of the day. Ordered the breakfast quesadilla and a coffee. Both were pretty good. Only issue was the price for both were pretty high. Service was on-point.
