I’m not sure if my experience was one off compared to the other reviews I’ve seen however I had a phenomenal sandwich here for lunch through my build your own sandwich option. It was a filling and robust sandwich with fresh rye bread, honey turkey, mayo, honey mustard, tomatoes, red onions, and vinegar and oil. The combo was nourishing, healthier compared to other possible options at the airport, and quick/easy to go. I would order it again!
It's totally my fault for not reading the menu closely. The people were super nice. One asked if I had any questions and another asked it needing help ordering when I came back to pick up my food. They were really on it.
My beef is with the corporate chef who decided to put olives in a breakfast burrito. I've never seen that before. It was not pleasant. I only ate half the order. Please consider changing the olive option on the menu in red with bold and underline formatting....read full review
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Courtney at DCA, and I have to say she completely made my day! She was incredibly pleasant, warm, and genuinely grateful — qualities that are so refreshing to encounter. Courtney is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel valued as a customer. DCA is lucky to have her, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We need more people like Courtney! Jose, manager was great as well.
