Employees were friendly and expedient. The guy who helped me overcame the computer console issues they were having quickly and gave me a discount without me asking for it. The food was good for what to expect from an airport deli. I got an English muffin sandwich that was a solid size. It was nice and warm, just a little room for improvement on flavor.
Nice and smiling faces helping at checkout. Ordered the jerk chicken Rueben. Definitely got served a peppery turkey and peppery Gouda. A true Rueben should have marble rye as well. The messiest sandwich that you can imagine. Low rating is for the lack of consideration that customers buy a sandwich in an airport so they can eat something without an available table and eat quickly. Rude customer service today. Employee, lazily leaning against the counter who couldn't be bothered to even face me, only said "use the screen" during the whole interaction. Didn't even constitute basic human manners, much less acceptable customer service. The food was okay for airport food.
