I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Courtney at DCA, and I have to say she completely made my day! She was incredibly pleasant, warm, and genuinely grateful — qualities that are so refreshing to encounter. Courtney is exactly the kind of person who makes you feel valued as a customer. DCA is lucky to have her, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves. We need more people like Courtney! Jose, manager was great as well.
On Sunday, March 1, 2026 I ordered a chef salad (build my own) from Boars Head. When I opened the container it was full of fresh greens, fresh turkey, ham, tomatoes and neatly sliced American and mozzarella cheeses. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and so much food that it lasted all the way through my flights which were 5 hours. I ordered a breakfast burrito and was pleasantly surprised — it was decently big and the fillings were balanced and fresh. Considering the ingredients, it was expensive at $11.50, but the price wasn’t that surprising considering the airport location in central DC.
