I was there today at 11:51am I ordered turkey sandwich and when I received my order my bread was all burnt and I told the kitchen lady and she was trying to tell me that the bread is like that which it is not and this other employee was listening and he offered to help me and make me a new sandwich with so much care and was so attentive he completely turned my experience around. Will definitely be coming back. When I asked the cashier his name she told me his name was Patrick....

Needed a little caffeine break, saw the Panera Bread sign. The store was very clean, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I needed to use the restroom (which requires a code for access), and the employee gave it to me. The restroom was clean, well stocked and maintained. Came back out to the self serve kiosk to place my order. Within second my order was fresh, and ready for pickup. The food was delicious, tasty and well proportioned. Total rate a 10/10 on all...

Nice, clean restaurant that cares about food allergies. I’m lactose intolerant and they are very careful about food allergies here which I greatly appreciate! Food is great too!
