I had a code for a free papadia (as a result of completing a survey). Ordered online, went to pick it up and the manager was useless and rude. He insisted I ordered from the wrong location but I verified the address from the order confirmation email. He had the opportunity to correct the situation by making my order (I wouldn't have minded waiting) but refused to despite me showing him the confirmation email on my phone. I understand glitches happen but that's the point of management, to fix the error and serve the customers.

truly awful. it's been 40 minutes since they marked it out for delivery and I live within a mile. I ordered at 6 PM on a Friday, if you can't handle my order of one (1) pizza at that time just shut down for the day man. I've worked in restaurants and you should definitely have the ability to dispatch a Doordash driver for an order you can't handle with your own drivers.guess I'm just not eating Papa Johns while I live near this store.

We ordered garden fresh veggie pizza to take out. The pizza was unfresh and slightly burned. It seemed they gave the one that was not prepared the same day. Had a severe diarrhea.

I see why it’s rated so low. Needed to modify my order and was on hold for 6-7 minutes. decided to call back to place an order just to get someone on the phone and they said they would have to transfer me to the store. What? How can you take orders but not modify them. Get your sheet together. Lack luster customer service but what can you expect for the losers that work at a pizza company
