I needed to order 45 pizzas for a school event and the staff called to confirm the order both the day before and morning of. The pizzas were ready, and the staff even helped load them into my car. They honored a school pricing special as well. I'm very happy with my whole experience.

I patted the delivery guy on his shoulder and told him I don’t really feel like paying. And I went inside with the pizza and he knocked down my door and screamed for the money so I slapped him in the face then he called me a Karen BUT NO!!! My name is Judy and I told him to start wearing KN-95’s because that N-95 just wasn’t cutting so I slapped him again and told him to change masks then I called the cops on him but they put ME! The kids love Papa John's so we order from here a lot. However, our last 3 times have been disappointing. Even thigh we live in a very easy street to find in N. Arlington the delivery driver continues to deliver our order to Rd instead of street (wrong address) and then tells us it's delivered and never actually brings us our order. The last time they actually made it to the correct address but the pizza was cold and was made poorly. No sure I'f they are under new management or...read full review
