I was in Washington DC on a layover from Boston to Madison Wisconsin. The Pete’s coffee was pretty close to our gate, and the women working behind the register group helpful. I think it’s important to set expectations, and a coffee shop at an airport is going to be slightly different than a coffee shop not an airport. All things considered, it was a really good experience. The hot chai latte was also really tasty.

Don't expect any quality here. Ordered a flat white and I got a big cup of scolding hot milk with no flavor at all.
Don't get the hard boiled eggs. The ones dated 'sell by November 7th' are not ok. The lady who was at the checkout was lovely, but I grabbed the eggs then boarded a plane and couldn't let her know.

Egg and cheese bagel that I swear had only half an egg was $13.88. Highway robbery at this place. Avoid unless you’d like to throw away money.

Tasty cold brew coffee - I had them add cold foam and 2 pumps of mocha. Decent price. Staff were kind and friendly. Quick service. Clean space.

Terrible coffee
I always prefer Peet’s coffee over Starbucks so I’m glad they have it at the DCA airport. The large iced caramel macchiato was delicious and cashier was very friendly; total including tax was $8.13. Line moved quickly and I didn’t have to wait long for my drink. Keep up the great work and keep things brewing :)

Ordered a sparkling passionfruit tea. Tasted just like the last one I ordered in another Peet’s Coffee location. Cool, refreshing, the right amount of sweet. Still recommend!

The light roast coffee had an oil film on top, looked like motor oil. Tasted about the same. Horrible coffee!
I was offered a dark roast in exchange, I could not imagine drinking that !

So good every time! Friendly, fast, and delicious mochas. If you’re flying out of the E gates, skip the line at Starbucks and head to Peet’s!
