Stopped over at Reagan Airport and discovered a team of amazing Habesha baristas! ☕️ The Chai Latte they served was the perfect balance of spices, tea, and milk — and all with a warm smile.
I was in Washington DC on a layover from Boston to Madison Wisconsin. The Pete’s coffee was pretty close to our gate, and the women working behind the register group helpful. I think it’s important to set expectations, and a coffee shop at an airport is going to be slightly different than a coffee shop not an airport. All things considered, it was a really good experience. The hot chai latte was also really tasty.
I always prefer Peet’s coffee over Starbucks so I’m glad they have it at the DCA airport. The large iced caramel macchiato was delicious and cashier was very friendly; total including tax was $8.13. Line moved quickly and I didn’t have to wait long for my drink. Keep up the great work and keep things brewing :)
