After an ISACA-GWDC event at Amazon Events Center, a group of attendees had happy hour/dinner at Peruvian Brothers. Most of us sat at the bar with overflow to the tables. Michael and other staff were friendly, hospitable, and efficient. My fiancé enjoyed the Chilcano cocktail, a pisco cocktail made with ginger ale and lime juice, and a Yuengling Lager. I enjoyed a Maracuya Pisco Sour Slushie, a passion fruit flavored frozen pisco sour,Pisco Punch, a pisco cocktail made with pineapple juice and lemon juice, and Sangria made with red wine, cognac, and orange juice. All of the cocktails were fruity and refreshing. While waiting for our food, we were given a small bucket of peruvian popcorn. My fiancé and I shared an order of crispy Calamari served with an aioli. Between the Lomo Saltado with Tallarin (Noodles) and Lomo Saltado with Rice and French Fries, we liked the latter more. Other people in our party enjoyed Cheese Empanadas, various sandwiches (including Chicarron Sandwich and Triple Sandwich), Chicken, and Yuca Fries.Vegetarian options: Cheese, Spinach & Cheese, or Impossible Beef Empanadas, Triple Sandwich, Vegetable Saltado, All Sides, All Desserts

I've tried the food truck and the stall at La Cosecha in the past, and this location at HQ2 serves far better food. The Saltados, especially Lomo Saltado are done perfectly here, and the Chicken, Beef, and Spinach Empanadas are always ready to go and delicious. The staff is nice and the food has been consistently good for everyone who has tried it.Allergen Detail: Unfortunately, I was told none of the dishes are gluten free, including the chicken, as the meats may be marinated with beer or soy.

Great location, nice and modern atmosphere. Food was delicious and well portioned. Sauces elevated the dish to a whole different level. I stayed at the Embassy Suites across the street and this is the best and nearest restaurant from there.

Prob the most disappointing Peruvian food I've had. Extremely over priced for the quality of food they serve. The plate that I ordered Lomo saltado was not brought with the proper ingredients plus served with cold rice. Overpriced and disappointing quality.

Lisssssssen. Peruvian brothers hits the spot. The beef empanada with their hot sauce is GOOD. The chicha morada is meh but the lomo al pobre chefs kiss! Everything was flavorful. Next time I'll go back for happy hour. I bought both the rocoto and the sweet and spicy sauce and both were good.

I got the pollo salteado and a side of yuca fries. Good food but too salty and greasy (not speaking of the fries here).
