Rice was dry and under cooked. Got two chicken leg quarters. Again, dry, stringy and tough; definitely overcooked. . . as if it had been under a heat lamp for 3 days. Yet, the next leg quarter was moist and tender. How about cooking your rice and throwing out your leftovers instead of serving them.

Rotisserie chicken was fresh, moist and flavorful. Fried yuca and plaintains came out very warm and fresh and were not greasy at all. Female server was very pleasant and attentive. Restaurant has nice and modern design.

Things to improve: We were disappointed they had run out of the classic green sauce which is a must at Peruvian restaurants. Taller male employee was on a break eating at a table with his cellphone on speaker mode engaging in a loud video...
