The chicken wings were small for 12.99. Mac and cheese was watery. The fries were cold. The Fanta Orange taste watered down instead of soda. The blackened chicken sandwich was flavorful. The staff was ok nothing special just not rude.

Check your order! We ordered a 12pc bucket of Chicken but we didnt check it until we’re in the hotel. We paid for 12 pc chicken and not for drumlets or winglets… really, this is beyond disappointing to say the least…

I had the opportunity to go buy my lunch. The food is super fresh, fast and excellent customer service. I was attended by one of the Manager Glenda, very friendly and very polite. I was able to see two more Managers. Very satisfied they have a good team.

I love the chicken at Popeyes…I got chicken tenders and they were thinner than a French fry; Better buy the 3-piece combo. and the young employee who served us was very abrupt with the customers (all of us). The area is very clean and easily accessible.

I came from a school trip and they gave us food vouchers to buy food from the food court at the mall and the midget lady with glasses did not accept my coupon and said that Popeyes was not participating anymore. 5 min later a group of other students came in and she gladly accepted the coupons. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t even like Popeyes anyway. But the one time was going to buy Popeyes this happens. Never buying Popeyes.
After a long day with my sons school, we were given vouchers that clearly had Popeyes as a vendor. My son & I approached with our vouchers in hand only to be RUDELY told they will not accept it. The punk behind the counter said, "Can't you read the sign?" We didn't see the small sign as we were hungry and on a time schedule.However, we see why you have a horrible google rating & we see why the punk works at a fast food establishment.Place is a dive ran by ignorance.

My son ordered a plain chicken sandwich, ended up getting a sandwich with an overload of mayo and pickles, on top of that there was considerably more half cooked breading then actual chicken. Couldn't get a replacement because they were conveniently "out of chicken" even though they had pans of chicken under the heat lamp. Rude and poor customer service. Don't recommend at all

While at the mall doing some shopping, I got hungry! There was many options to chose from in the food court on the main floor. I ultimately chose here.The cashier was named Jorge. I got the popcorn shrimp and 2 tenders combo. With the tenders, you normally get a choice of spicy or mild regularly but they were out of spicy, which didn’t bother me because I didn’t want spicy anyway. The combo comes with side and drink. I got fries and a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade can be frozen or chilled (iced). I ordered frozen but ended up getting chilled… This wasn’t a big deal to be honest. Jorge couldn’t misheard me as I initially asked for the difference between the two. I also asked for BBQ to go with my food. After paying, Jorge told me it would be 3 minutes, which was no issue. He fixed my drink.l and gave it to me. It took maybe 2 minutes before my food was ready.After sitting and started eating, I realized they forgot bbq sauce so I went back and they gave me 1, which wasn’t enough for all the food. I eat BBQ with everything lol. My food was at a good temperature and the biscuit wasn’t burned. No major complaints overall.
