We (group of 3) were in a huge rush, and needed our food quickly. I understand that at the time they were backed up with orders, but still, 20 minutes later we received our food and we immediately had to leave without checking the order. They had forgotten all the sides for the combos save for one, and there were no sauces, yet we still paid the full amount. I’m sorry, but if you are backed up with orders, you should still be able to get them correct, retrain this team...

Great chicken sandwich but horrible customer service. They messed up our order (forget 1 of the 3 sandwiches ordered) then they were rude when I pointed that out. No apology for the mistake. Just attitude. I can get a good chicken sandwich elsewhere.
