The employees definitely need better training here. On more than one occasion, I’ve seen the employees loudly engaging in horseplay, chasing each other around the place, and having loud personal conversations. Today a black male employee with dreadlocks and wearing glasses got my order wrong TWICE. I politely asked him to remake the sandwich, and somehow he still got it wrong the second time.
