Good food, cool place. Bartenders seemed annoyed to be there and did not make conversation at all even though no one else was around (we tried both floors). Strange environment honestly

Service was terrible. Our waiter was walking around aimlessly for the entire duration which we were there. It became a game of who could flag him down first. Food was fine. Drinks were poorly made. Worst old fashioned I've ever had; there was no bourbon/whiskey. Trivia night was poorly executed and impossible to hear.

Etana was the best at the bar on the first floor during Karaoke night. It was my bday and she made me feel so special. Awesome place to celebrate anything.

I recently hosted an event at Punch Bowl Social and had an amazing experience! The staff, from servers to managers, were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
Sarah the events manager made my booking process so easy, she is knoweldgeable and profetional but also so nice and easy to work with,
Jun and Frank went above and beyond to accommodate our group and even offered a great alternative indoor space in case of rain.

6/5 stars. We attended on a Sunday, right in time for Music Bingo! It took a little while to get seated as I think they were getting people settled and bingo cards. However, the vibe was perfect! Grace was our server and had us handled! We ordered pineapple mimosa, cajun skillet, and the burger with sweet potato fries. I enjoy the skillet meal. Would return for the activities and try other parts of the menu.

Multi-level location, with several venues depending where you want to go. Credit card and charges can move with you if you want to go from quiet to loud (games, bowling). More than several bars scattered around. The food choices are the same as you move throughout the location. Cute to walk thru the arcades, mini bowling alleys and other loud activities. Uncertain if this is a good venue for young kids (they rather run around) as parents gather with friends and drink.

I was having trouble with the sound being too loud in the karaoke room on the 2nd floor a worker passed by and I stopped him, I asked his name he replied “My name is Ace, can I get you anything?” And I explained to him my issues that the music was too loud. He showed me that we are able to control the volumes on our own through the karaoke room website that pops up when you scan the QR code.. How ironic! Great job punch bowl for the technology friendly community.

I was completely lost on how to reserve or if I was even able to reserve a ping pong table online . I called once no answer but 2 minutes later The host (Ace) called me back and walked me through the website step by step to navigate me to the booking page, Absolutely phenomenal work ! 10/10 service
