Quick service fresh food and great outdoors
Went to quarterdeck today, was very disappointed with my bill and a mandatory 20% gratuity charge, mine you I ordered one item, do not think it is right to charge a mandatory 20%, on one item. I was their two months ago with a party of three and they did not charge 20%, waitress should have told us this change and that did not happen until the very end of the meal, not good customer service.
