Horrible experience at this restaurant. Do not go here - they are slow and treat their customers terribly. On 12/11, around 6:15pm, I placed an order using the restaurant’s in person kiosk. My credit card was successfully charged. After waiting 30 full minutes and not seeing my order come out, I returned to the counter to check on my order. After asking about the status of my order the worker asked what my order was checked a few papers and without saying anything went back to preparing food and ignored me. After a minute I asked again and I was told that no order for me existed in their system. After explaining to the worker that I had placed an order using their own kiosk (which he had seen me do since he prepared the food right next to the kiosk), he “looked through” the orders on his end and claimed he had nothing. I showed him my credit card charge with the store identification and time of the transaction, but he refused to help, and would not give me a refund or make an order for me without paying again. He was very rude and told me "I was wasting his time." When I asked him to call his supervisor to see if they could fix it, he also refused. I now have to call my bank to dispute the charge. Looking through other negative reviews this isn’t the first time this restaurant has charged customers without giving them their food.Do not go here - they took my money and refused to give me a refund or my meal.

Quick and easy to order and priced pretty well. Wasn't the best sushi I have ever had.

Really not sure why this place isn't rated higher! We ordered takeout from Roll'd, tried a couple of the Philly and Phoenix rolls and seaweed salad, and everything was delicious. Knocking off one star because the ratio of cream cheese to salmon in the Philly roll could've been better. Definitely could've used less cream cheese and more salmon, but otherwise a very yummy dinner!! I'd go back and recommend checking it out for sure.

This little shop in the basement food court is a good find for sushi in the area. The eel sushi was pretty good. The size was too big that my mouth hurt trying to eat it. If they break it down to 3 smaller pieces it would be perfect. Dumplings was good but didn’t taste like typical Asian dumplings. It’s a bit too sweet.

Sushi rice tasted weird, there are way better sushi places in the area

Seen the place in the Ballston Quarter but haven't tried it until recently and I wish I had read reviews before trying. It was prime lunch time but there was nobody at the counter to take orders. I ordered the OG which was missing 2 of the ingredients: tempura flakes and nori. It also had some extra pickles that were not part of the dish. The fish was ok but the rice had way too much vinegar and overpowered the entire meal.

Roll'd is a cute spot in the Ballston Quarter food hall. Stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. No line, was easy to order on the touchpad and my food was ready quickly. The sushi bowl was delicious and felt like a lot of food for $12.50! Was pleasantly surprised, not sure why this place has negative reviews. Will be back soon!

I really love the Seared Salmon nigiri! I am so happy I can get them for such a reasonable price!!!! Their sushi burritos are fantastic too!!!

Roll'd Sushi left me thoroughly impressed with their tasty steamed dumplings, generously filled with savory meat. The sushi selection, including the Rainbow Roll and the Hot Roll Summer, was an absolute treat, boasting a delightful blend of flavors that tasted incredibly fresh. I was thrilled to witness the skilled chefs expertly cutting the fish, ensuring the highest level of freshness in every bite. Roll'd Sushi surpassed my expectations, delivering a mouthwatering dining experience with their scrumptious offerings and commitment to quality. The service was relatively fast and the atmosphere was clean.

Super slow. Placed an order, somehow the system didn’t process, but they didn’t say anything. We sat for like 15 min waiting, then when we asked they said the order never went through. No idea why they didn’t just say our order didn’t go. They got the order the second time, but we’re kind of rude about the whole thing. Overall, the sushi was your normal grocery store/gas station variety.

Made me ill. Food was not good, and my body paid for it for hours on the toilet.

It was so cool to see them make the sushi in front of me, and the customizable bubble tea was delicious.

We ordered 4 different nigiri, one spicy tuna and miso soup. The rice did not taste like sushi rice, tuna was super fishy and old. Miso soup was not good either, would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
