I took my daughter on a date last night at Ruth Christ. The food at this Arlington location is amazing, and our waiter was truly outstanding—he made our night! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the table. The tablecloth was wrinkled and the plates were dirty before we even sat down. If they can fix the attention to detail on the table settings, this place would be perfect. 😍

Great view. Large round table was perfect for our group of 7. Teddy was an attentive waiter and no pressure to finish quickly. We probably were ther over 2 hours and had great service throughout. Not cheap, but worth it!
We have been dinning at the Ruth's Chris for 20 plus years. The great dinner you would expect from Ruth's Chris with the best view.

As always an outstanding dinner experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and an above and beyond great staff. Thanks very much for a wonderful evening.
I ordered here, Christmas Eve for food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The pick up was smooth however, when I got home, I realized I was missing several of the dishes that I ordered. I called the store back. They promised that they were gonna refund me my money on my credit card that it shouldn’t take more than 3 to 5 business days. I called them back the following week. They told me because of the holidays. I’ll get refunded after that. It’s now January 20 and Ruth Chris owes me for the missing food for my order. Also, the food I did receive was disgusting. I spent almost $300 on greasy mushrooms. Very poor stuffed chicken. Somehow had flavorless crabcakes. They didn’t give me the sautéed spinach that I ordered. And then I didn’t get my potatoes au gratin. The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes. So definitely not going to order from here again or even go in person like I used to do.

The food was only average this time...my 16oz steak was served on a dessert plate...the sweet potato casserole was too sugary and not as good as it used to be... We had a party of 15 and one end of the table wasn't asked about appetizers... the servers were kind but a little confused because it was so many of them taking our orders....
Probably won't go again unless I'm invited there for an event....

Everything was good the ambiance and the food was impeccable. I haven't been to this location in a while and I'm glad I came as the service was very good.
I have never been to any $$$ restaurant and had such poor customer service. The waiter was pleasant initially, but soon became a ghost. My wife drunk her cocktail with a straw because the glass didn't seem clean. The Brussel sprouts were bland and the truffle fries were soggy and greasy. The BBQ shrimp appetizer had no taste and the presentation was horrible; it was served in a bowl that had the residue of the meal on the side of the dish. The only bright spot was the carrot cake, which I almost missed out on because the waiter gave me the check and never offered dessert or any additional drinks. The carrot cake was delicious and absolutely amazing. I have eaten at a number of steakhouses in the NCR, and this is honestly the worst experience I've ever had.

Came here from GA with a group of 8 people total to celebrate my birthday. It's the worst food and services I've received from yearly visit to different Ruth Chris. Ordered mushrooms which was SALTY as heck. We were seated at 7:20 and didn't leave until 10:30 pm due to the slow customer service
While the service and ambience were fine, the food was absolutely awful. I had the salmon and shrimp, my husband had the filet and I am not overstating how absolutely terrible the food was. The garlic mashed potatoes and the spinach spinach had clearly been sitting under warming lamps for some time and the shrimp had an aftertaste that was simply disgusting. I could eat some of the salmon and my caesar salad was decent. The bread and classic cheesecake was ok. I will never go back.
I've eaten at this restaurant multiple times and the food and service never disappoints. They also have a wonderful view overlooking the airport and DC.

My food was wonderful. Brian is awesome. I am disappointed that I accidentally left my wallet and no one contacted me. I had reservations and my telephone number and email was on the reservation. As a longtime guest I would have expected more.
Bison steak tastes great, the servers are excellent. The miniature American flags on the meat are just enough atmosphere, the rest of the building is really nice to sit in, comfortable booths and the bar is right there.
