My friend and I sat at the end of the bar for HH and we had an amazing time. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. We had the shrimp, and steak sandwich, so yummy! And you get your money’s worth with the entire happy hour menu. Bartenders were attentive and friendly! Love this happy hour and will definitely return!

Aboelaziz was our waiter. Great personality and remember us from a previous visit. He made us feel at home and we brought to his attention about the bill he fixed it quickly and comp us for desert. Good was delicious and had some great take home. Recommend this place.

The valet parking out front is getting out of hand. They take all the parking spots out front, none say any directly for the restaurant this needs to be addressed immediately. I'm assuming they are supposed to use a place in the garage which is 10 ft away but just block all the other places for people.

One star it's for the view. After that this is probably the worst Ruth's I ever try. We order calamaris for appetizer and they all came out rubber texture and over cook. Told the server and he reply thats how the chef make them. I order a filet mignon med rare and came well done. My wife steak was over cook as well. Our ribeye median temp for my youngest son came out black and blue told the server and he only agreed to return the ribeye and when came back out they over cook it to well done and they add a well-well done filet petit for no reason. Mac and cheese lobster was just ok. Don't recommend this restaurant unless you are a politician rancking your bill for tax purposes

The service here is exceptional! Brian consistently delivers kindness and ensures a top-notch dining experience. JT makes it a point to check in and confirm that all is well. It's the perfect spot for both romantic evenings and family get-togethers. This steakhouse is my absolute favorite! ?❤️
The food was OK overall. I've eaten at several RC locations, and this was my second time eating here. The appetizers were more flavorful than the steak, which was also similar to my last experience. It was OK and I enjoyed it, but it didn't stand up to RC quality I've experienced and expect. This time, the staff accommodated my request of a seat near the window - thank you! The windows (from the outside) were very dirty and while not obstructing the view, it did reduced the overall quality, appreciation of the experience. RC management should ensure the customer experience is at the highest quality potential possible -- starting with keeping the windows to the scenic views clean. Overall, I will eat here again and I would recommend it, but it does not meet the RC quality I expect.

We were very disappointed in a brand we have liked in the past. My wife took me to celebrate my Birthday, however, it turned out to be a poor experience. We ordered steak and lobster and the 6 oz filet was mostly fat and grizzle and if I was lucky to find a good piece it was chewy. They failed to bring out garlic mashed potatoes side and when it finally arrived my wife swears it was made from an “instant” mix. The plates were so hot that a napkin literally melted to the bottom of my wife’s plate when the server was trying to deliver the meal and he said I might have to take this back to the kitchen to put meal on a different plate??!! It was difficult to get a water refill. Not good. Very disappointing. We do not plan to return to this location.

I was in town for a work conference nearby and originally scheduled a dinner reservation for a group of 8. I ended up having 3 more RSVP for dinner and promptly called the restaurant to ask if they could accommodate us. I was told they could.Arrived at the restaurant with our party and walked to our table. The manager (my assumption) quickly came to me to inform me that they only accept reservations for up to 10 and that we never should've been able to book for 11. Mind you the table across from us had 11 people and the restaurant was about 35% full.After explaining that the woman who answered the phone told us 11 would be more than OK, this manager continued to inform me that they really should not accommodate our size group but that they would "see what they could do". I really thought they were joking, but he was clearly annoyed to have to accommodate us.We should have just left and taken our business elsewhere but it was too much of a hassle with that big a group so we decided to stay. It's a shame because the food was good and our server was decent, but the rudeness we encountered needs to be put out here for public consumption.
