Sabores is such a great spot! The drinks are amazing, the atmosphere is fun, and the service is truly the best in the area. Alex, Andre, and Freddy were absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. Great drinks, great vibes, and even better service. Definitely a must visit in Arlington!

Exploring Arlington restaurants, I gave this one a try bc it seemed promising. And partially, yes it was an overall good experience. The place is chill, good vibe and clean. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive.
However, the food wasn't that impressive. Portions are good size for tapas, but the patacones were not crispy, they were dry and bland. The churrasco had good flavor but it was almost well done, though I requested medium. The best plate was the yuca...

We had the food delivered so we had to reheat it of course - and it was still so delicious !! we got the seafood paella, arepitas, jamon iberico, and the maduros. Everything was amazing, but what really stood out to me was the jamon iberico (I ate it all together with the bread, and the flavors were fantastic). I definitely recommend this for date night or a casual night in!! we will be ordering again!
