Came here for afternoon tea with some girl friends and we had a great experience! Tea and food were nice and service was good too. Ambiance was classy and elegant. It’s a bit pricey but most afternoon tea spots are around here so no complaints.
We took our daughter here for High Tea and we had an amazing time. The staff here was knowledgeable and friendly about the tea and the food had more hits than misses when it came to the spreads. The atmosphere was fine, it's still a hotel restaurant, but the staff and being around other families made warm and inviting.
Came for holiday tea. Service was awful, terribly slow. Our server took 15 mins to take our initial order and would average about 10-15 minutes any time we asked for anything. She kept forgetting about us. I was really disappointed in the service especially for the price we paid for the afternoon tea.
Also had a sick kid who could not make it but they wouldn’t allow me to change the reservation, requires 72 hour advance notice which seems excessive.
