Long time experience as a neighbor to the Coffee place. It is always friendly, spacious and more. I always go there when ever I get time for just sipping coffee or for time of reading or studying!

So I was schooled that the new policy for Starbucks is to order ice water via app… or at least that’s what I was informed of… that’s not the case and it’s not what the law states because law trumps policy.

The best neighborhood spot for a coffee! I’m here weekly (ok, maybe daily) and there is always a “hello” and “have a Great day!” The staff was always so friendly and in today’s age, they do not need to be. No matter if they are busy or slow, it is always incredibly clean, the staff are lovely, and the drinks are always made fast & right! Kudos to the team at this location! Starbucks, please take note!

Coffee from Starbucks are all the same, I am from Seattle just moved to the area. Next time put a sign outside that dog is not allow. In Seattle Starbucks aren't like this. The fact that there are so much more dog in this city than Seattle. I have always been love Starbucks because it’s easy to find. Ended up going to Tatte across the street instead much better and my dog can sit outside the patio.

Great Starbucks location with a spacious indoor and outdoor seating area.

This location is very clean and has very talented Baristas that consistently make quality drinks.

There is a very small free parking lot next to the store as well as paid street parking. This shop is wheelchair accessible.

I did not previously know about this, but the dine in option is wonderful. Service was great. The turkey bacon sandwich was wonderful as always, and the staff was very friendly, and cordial. The turkey provolone and pesto sandwich is a must try and their chamomile blossom tea was surprisingly good. The facilities are also quite nice in the bathroom looks older, but is clean, with updated hand dryers, and a baby changing station. I will be coming back.

I normally come to this location to study and I loved this location but today my experience was not so great. I’m an experienced Starbucks junkie so I know my drinks. The guy there charged me an arm and a leg just to make a cherry chi tea ice drink into a frappé frozen drink. He told me that it was a whole another drink and didn’t make it until I told him that another Starbucks granted my wish. After charging me extra when I finished my drink I was left with a black hair ball in the bottom of my cup…I’m highly disgusted and probably will not return to this location.

The African American lady who worked 4/16 afternoon customer service is the lowest scale for Starbucks. I might need to skip this location just so I don’t have to run into her.

Love this place- the staff are super friendly, and they have plenty of outlets to sit and get work done.

Zero customer support from the white lady with glasses. The guys were super friendly as always but she just ruins it for everyone.

I came in looking for a specific product, blonde roast espresso beans. They only had dark roast available for purchase, BUT, the Barista said, I'll get together the beans we use in our machines and put it in a brown paper bag so you can still take it home, it just won't come in the original packaging because we don't have any more.

I was blown away by the customer service. He could just have easily said SORRY, we don't have it, sad emoji. But he went to the trouble of making sure I left with the product I came in for.

I'm so happy I'm leaving this review.
