Starbucks app shows order ahead is available, and looking at the numbers of drinks waiting to be picked up, it appears to be true. The app said they were out of stock of my breakfast sandwich, but the person behind the counter delivered. The line went quickly and the four ladies working delivered quickly. The ambiance was of a normal kiosk starbucks in an airport.

I’ve been to 10+ Starbucks locations in the Arlington area and none of them are as consistently great as this one.The indoor space is large and comfortable with plenty of room for working/studying as well, which some other locations lack.They also give out samples on numerous occasions which is great!

The girl who was supposed to make my coldbrew got distracted and kept ignoring when I called and waved at her. I made my drink by reaching over her station but she didn't do anything. When I was walking away, she marked my order as ready on her kiosk, so I went to a pickup station and told another girl in a mask that my app said my order was ready. Masked girl told the one who didn't make my drink that my order was not fulfilled and she acted like she had no idea then made another drink.Great for me but sucks for Starbucks since they're stuck paying those employees probably across the globe.

Unfortunately, I'm starting to lose my taste for Starbucks. It's clear that the quality is no longer there.I used to be a huge fan of the blonde vanilla lattes. The past few times, they haven't been as good- there's been little espresso in there. It's tasted like sweet hot milk with a splash. Today, there wasn't even an essence of espresso which led me to write this review. And I couldn't go and get it fixed because of a meeting. At this point I expect that Starbucks has changed the recipe to include next to no coffee.As for my croissant, it seems to no longer include a key ingredient (and omg it got tiny!) it's missing butter. It was cardboard.So unbelievably disappointed. Over ten dollars spent, for warm sweet milk and a side of cardboard.The people are nice at least? But I definitely will not be returning once my gift cards are used. There's no need to pay this much money for such a poor product.
