They put my order in totally wrong and got annoyed when I kindly told them it was not what I ordered. I ordered a matcha latte and the drink they gave me had espresso and lavender.

Had a disappointing experience with this Starbucks and the employees, waited 20+ minutes for one sandwich and got it when asked to cancel, only to find out the employee had the sandwich by the oven in the corner— usually I would chalk it up to forgetfulness but not I and the other employees asked about it. Almost comical.

Came here before work for some breakfast and a coffee. I got a cappuccino and a smoked double bacon egg and cheese croissant. The croissant came out first and was piping hot. The guy who handed it to me was very friendly. Next came my cappuccino and that lady was friendly, as well as the original lady who took my order. The cappuccino tasted a little burnt, but I also haven't had Starbucks in like three years so maybe it's always tasted this way and I just never noticed. I sure did drink it all though. Not letting that go to waste. The sandwich was delicious. Prob my fav sandwich here. I love all the bacon and the warm flaky croissant. It's just so yummy. I paid with a credit card and was annoyed that it asked for a tip. I declined. The Starbucks is in the food court area at the pentagon city mall. Like smack dab in the middle of the bottom floor. It's hard to miss because it's right there when you get off the escalators. I'd come again next time I'm at the mall, but I won't make a special trip out of my way to come here.

Do yourself a favor and go up a level, walk-in to Macy's, and order your Starbucks there.My app order was fulfilled 20 minutes after the expected time (the app tells you when it expects your drink to be ready).Not only was there no updated ETA but despite being behind schedule the barista, Ray, continued to assist others who didn't wait in line. This person wants a free refill. That person spilled their drink and needs a new one. Someone please tell him good customer service includes honoring your ETA and respecting your customers 's time and patience. I literally gave up and thought I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong Starbucks. Nope. Not at all. They were just behind. I go back and see the drinks from a distance but it's the wrong order. Cold instead of hot. Again, no apology for the mistake. No apology for the wait. Man seems to think my time is less valuable than everyone else's Never again.

There is a very disrespectful employee. She is a fat black female. She has no way of dealing with customers. Knowing that we asked about our order, which was delayed half an hour, we have the receipt and we gave it to her. She said, “I cannot find your order.” So I asked her about getting the money back and she started screaming and in a wild manner. I ask the management to choose respectable employees.

This cafe should be shut down . The employers are very rude and the orders are incomplete. With all this, they do not want the customers to speak and ask for their orders. I hope the management sees my comment and takes action regarding this place.

I am a DMV resident and been coming here for years the staff this Sunday were HORRIBLE…takking amongs themselves, waited at least 8min before they acknowledged the whole line…these people moved like they were 80yrs old i never seen a team so slow and non-chalant. I would never come back on a Sunday. The worse ever im highly pissed stayed in line over 20 min and the line wasnt even that long.

The servers are super rude. It’s also undermanned so very slow. I stayed about a week and a half at the Ritz connected to the mall, so I had a coffee every morning, and so did my husband. Both our orders were wrong several times. One morning they were out of mocha at like 0800… one person needed to “make” more. That time of day really everything should be pretty stocked, especially a high use item like mocha.
