The small woman with frizzy black hair gave me attitude when I said my drink was too sweet. I watched her put 8 pumps instead of 6 while she was distracted talking to a customer. Terrible customer service and refused to acknowledge her mistake. Another employee remade my drink thankfully
Rude service and trash coffee
I went there today and I received horrible customer service from a young Ethiopian male, he was staring idle looking into space while I was walking for my drink to be made. I asked him after waiting for 5 to 7 mins already when was my drinks going to be made, he said 10 minutes. I asked him why would it take 10 minutes when he was staring into the wall for three minutes and then he replied I can get a refund.
