It would be nice if they could keep more consistent hours. I can’t even count how many times I’ve stopped by and have seen a sign on the door that they are closing early or will be closed with no real explanation. Not sure what’s going on but it’s a bummer.
This Starbucks is very busy! If you’re in a rush it’s not the place to go. But I was pleasantly surprised with the great service from the girl in glasses. She was sweet and made sure I was taken care of despite the rush. Needs more people like her! (And more people in general — it seemed understaffed)
Today I got Starbucks with my girlfriend and we waited 25+ minutes for a GBL and an iced cold brew. This Starbucks was packed with people waiting for drinks, but the wait wasn’t because demand was high, it was because the baristas were standing around and talking, and pushing out drinks at a slow pace. I understand wanting to talk to your coworkers, but the morning rush isn’t the time, especially when you’re talking to your coworkers about how there is a 20+ minute delay...
