Sydney was an absolute pro! Despite running solo she got everyone's orders in line out in time and correct and handled a delivery order for the store while doing so. All with a cheerful attitude and positive energy. I've been working customer service for 8 years and am no where near her level. Thanks Syd! Definitely recommending this Starbucks to my friends.

Just stopped in after my doctor appointment to give myself a treat. Zeden greeted me with a big smile and cheerful "hello". It really made me feel good! Then, the barrista, Murt, chatted with me as he made my machiatto. What a nice crew!!

I was very disappointed with the service. Waited for over 30mins and then when I received my order it was incorrect. Ultimately ended up leaving with the wrong drink that I didn't consume because I didn't want to wait even longer.

Review for experience using app to order. I always order egg bites and venti pikes +1 shot espresso, oat milk, 1 pump of sweetener and I use the app to reorder favorites so its consistent, but recently the app removed my preferenced when reordering and ive been getting black coffee somehow even though i'd never ordered that before. Now I dont have time to take another break from work and I cant drink this.

This is probably the slowest Starbucks in the world. They always have multiple people working and no matter the time of day. Your drink will take over ten mins. They never seem to care if you’re are waiting for a long time. If you’re in a hurry don’t go here.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks consistently since I moved to the area and I highly recommend you use the app to order ahead and not order in store. I ordered in store, waited 20 minutes and when asked how much longer I was told I was three tickets away. I had an event that I needed to head out to and was already late for it because of how long I was waiting so I told her to just not make the drink. She showed no remorse and didn’t even respond to me when I told her to not make the drink. I understand that you’re busy but you should at least be apologetic or immediately offer a refund. My drink was about $8, I tipped the server $2 when I checked out and I donated a bag of coffee for their teachers and walked out with no coffee. I really really hate complaining but this has happened to me on multiple occasions.

The MOD stood around and watched customers wait for drinks. They "checked" before charging me for food and then after ten minutes told me they didn't have it. This was my only chance to eat before my next appointment. It will now be 4-5 hours before I can eat. They had their mobile ordering turned off even though it wasn't busy. All the customers having to stand around were very annoyed. Do better.

I ordered a grande cold brew with white mocha and I'm a partner so I expect other stores to be trained like I am and the mocha was layered on the bottom not swirled in at all. when I saw the barista making the drink I corrected her after she put SALT in the VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD FOAM, then tried to tell me i was wrong. my friend who is also a partner and works at my store came with me she ordered a iced Matcha latte with no foam extra ice and light sweet cream and they made the entire drink with sweet cream and originally they made it with one scoop of Matcha instead of an extra scoop (that was the first try) but at least they scooped the foam for both drinks.

I know plenty of people say they don't leave reviews but this time was terrible. I have been to this location twice and the drinks were great. However during busy hours, expect a long wait and poor drinks. In total I ordered three drinks all of which were horrible. They couldn't make a basic caramel frappe. Also, they are transitioning to a new staff, which is part of the problem. Will not be coming back.

I've been a regular at this Starbucks for the past 4 years. The employees are lovely, they remember my name which is no nice and if there's ever any problem with the order, even if it was my fault, they always are so kind and replace it. They always make my orders well, not every Starbucks is created equal, but I know I'll never be disappointed with my drink here.

Slowwww you’ll get your drink eventually but food takes forever, if you’re in a rush avoid this

Poor management, inconsistent hours, the store hours change weekly or they decide just to put a sign up and close randomly.Again it shows poor ownership of this location, I try to give my business to stores / owners that appreciate there repeat business and customers

Don’t mobile order anything blended here, it will take 30 minutes because it “holds up the cold bar”I ordered, waited 10 mins past the estimated pick up time then asked and she said it would be another 10 minutes and I was already late but 3 stars instead of 1 because they helped me get it refunded because I couldn’t wait
