Unfortunately, I’ll agree with others that this Starbucks is undertrained; but there were like five people behind the tiny counter and there was still a long line, so I’m not sure staffing is the issue. The space seemed like they were trying to run inventory or something around 9am with only one person on the espresso machine. The employees were nice, but rushed with the line. I felt like the person working register was trying to do too much at once and wasn’t listening...
Tonight I was getting ready to take a flight home after visiting my family for a week and was in a pretty sad mood because I only get to see them once a year. The drink I had initially wanted was not available and when I struggled to think of another one, the cashier and barista’s were very patient and lovely, keeping a light atmosphere and didn’t make me feel like a burden or an annoyance. After they made the drink I eventually picked, they continued being lovely and wished...
Honestly, my best Starbucks experience yet. The vibes were incredible, store was clean and sense of urgency high, ShaDiamond and Keisha had everyone charmed and happy. I’d be a regular if it were in my home city ❤️
