Really needed a coffee upon landing so we stopped here since the locally-owned joint was slammed. The line at Starbucks was comparable but it moved a lot faster. My drink isn't complicated but you'd be surprised how many people mess it up. Didn't happen here!
Ordered a tall dark roast pour-over. When ordering I was under an overhead speaker with moderate to loud noise. I had trouble hearing the worker. She told me it would take 10 minutes to make. Very nice! My coffee was how I liked it.
I did observe three workers either ignoring or closing to not see a customer who returned to say the coffee was not what was ordered. It took as long as I was waiting for my coffee for someone to pay attention.

My rating is primarily for speed. Starbucks is the same everywhere you go and this spot isn’t any different when it comes to their menu items. But the staff here work at lightning speed and so efficiently too. They communicate, everyone clearly has their zones or roles. Makes ordering and pickup easy and fast.
