Wasted 45 mins waiting for a Green Tea Frapp that I never got. I even had to ask twice to get my refund back! I was told the first time that they are making it now, but it was never even started. Seen everyone that was in the line behind me get their drinks. So, it's not that they were busy, I've seen it way busier. I live right next store, that's the ONLY reason I go in there.
