This is one of the most efficient Starbucks location I've ever been to. The mobile order and the lobby orders are well prepared. They always get hit with tour bus kids but the ladies in the morning are always on point. Its always clean and great for meetings.

Mistakenly, I couldn't find a name on the drink so when I politely inquired with the barista, I was rudely brushed off as she walked away. This causes me to avoid this location in the future if possible. Food and drinks as expected.

I visited the shop on 22 Feb 2023 at 2 pm. The lady was harsh with no smile at all. I advice to learn them that “smile is free” ?
My room in this Westin Marriott didn’t come with breakfast so this Starbucks was a decent choice when you’re in the conference. I ordered through their app and pick up in like 5 mins or so. Don’t expect much from the hot food menu though, I don’t think they look much like in the photo. Drinks were good. There are a lot of indoor seatings and it’s clean. They open early but close early too.

Lots of seating here, which is amazing! it's never too busy when I go and it's inside the Westin hotel. Unfortunately, they close at 4 PM everyday, so if you're trying to get some late night work done, this Starbucks said no. The mobile order process is easy and the baristas here don't mind giving me a couple of extra honey packets with my HONEY CITRUS MINT TEA. There's literally three Starbucks in the Ballston area - not really sure why there's a need for so many.
