On a brisk Virginia day, I had to spend a couple hours in a warm spot. I found the most perfect, quiet and friendly Starbuck's at the Westin Arlington Gateway. I was greeted and served by Nassim - the total customer service and barista package! Nassim was energetic, helpful and poured an amazing espresso. Starbuck's and Marriott need to cherish these locations AND the people who make them special. I am a Marriott and Starbuck's member, and love to see these partnerships...
