Excellent management! Someone grabbed my to go order who wasn’t me and the management made me another with no problem. The whole staff was professional and accommodating. Thank you for doing the right thing!
I have been sweetgreen’s customer for years(Rosslyn location). I like their food and their customer service in general. But there are times when they don’t serve fresh produce. I got the fish tacos today, it has avocado that went bad. This is not the first time this happened. They could have just put it as one of their unavailable ingredients.
