I'm a huge fan of Tswirl but this location was less than stellar. I ordered the Matcha Azuki Bean, the service was very slow, and they told me late in the game that they were out of Matcha ice cream. I ended up having Vanilla Ice Cream with it but I would have chosen a different crepe if I had known initially that they were out of the Matcha Ice Cream. The place was difficult to find and not convenient to get to.
If you haven’t had a crepe from here you need to come here - it will change your life. I stumbled across this place while walking through the Ballston Quarter Mall and it knocked me off my feet. The crepes are nice and sweet, but not too sweet. At the same time they are so light and airy, they are the ultimate dessert or snack. Their drinks are also so good - I feel like it’s hard to find a really good matcha drink these days but these ones are legit. Also...
The owner is very passionate about having high quality and fresh ingredients to elevate the taste. The chocolate truffles are amazing.
