Love this place , the Shirlington location is much more convenient but I do miss the bar/layout of the Springfield location which has more of a vibe than Shirlington. But food is always good.

I got the carne asada torta and it was delicous. The meat in particular was very flavorful. I tried several of the hot sauces and they all went well with my sandwich. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back to try their tacos. The music was a little bit loud though, so I ate outside.

Worst meal in forever. "Huevos Rancheros" was on a single solid flat taco, on a paper plate with plastic utensils, i.e. impossible to cut and eat. Served at room temperature. If I was alone I would have walked out right then and there. Wife's egg of some sort was over-salted (and, I love salt). "Salsa bar" was pathetic. Sound level was ridiculously high (no insulation in evidence). Coffee is free...if you're happy paying $20 to get two "free" cups. Wapo restaurant reviewer actually liked this place, go figure; I don't believe I'll trust him ever again.

Love it!! Ordered on doordash and everything was hot & correct!
It’s close to my work so easy enough for me to get to, but if interested, there’s plenty of free parking nearby. It’s a fast food place so you’ll order with the cashier and have enough seating at non-descript tables and chairs. The environment is comfortable enough but geared more for coworkers than family (or a new interest)? Overall I think the food is great, and today worked well as I needed something quick (and good). I tried The Jeffery and found it perfect. The flavors were very good. The crispness of the tortilla was perfect. And the size left me satisfied.
So definitely give this place a try. I think you’ll enjoy.

To be fare i started eating prior to taking the picture. The food is good. Not as good as the taco bamba on little river turnpike. This one is closer to my home so i got it as a take out. It might be better if I sat in and ate it. I didn’t care for the mushroom one with the Smokey flavor but bother shrimp tacos were good.

They don’t know how to read a ticket. Ordered a torta bamba with a few mods. No carne asada, no chorizo, no pastor (bc it’s always an excessive amount of each) I did however want everything else that comes on the sandwich: milanesa, pineapple, ham, hot dog, etc
I received a sandwich w 4 sliced pieces of hot dog and a single piece of ham with lettuce and tomato. No milanesa, no pineapple, no mayo, no avocado. What a waste of $21
