I visited this place twice with my fiancé because the Tikka Masala was so good we had to get seconds. When we came back the second time our waiter asked my fiancé for a tip while I used the bathroom and after we paid. If I wasn’t on a college student budget I would’ve tipped no question, but I thought it was pretty rude to ask for one. The food and service was amazing but it made my fiancé uncomfortable when they asked her for a tip.
I ordered from a pick-up from this place. When I arrived, I realized that I had ordered for pick-up from the Alexandria location, and not the Crystal City one. I was a little out of it, I guess... The persons, both on the phone from the Alexandria location and the one on site at the Crystal City location were extremely nice and accommodating. This spot has so many options and great food. The food is perfectly seasoned and the staff is really friendly. Highly recommended. Got a meat sampler plate and the variety and taste was amazing.
