The best service, sandwiches, pastries and coffee in the area! Homemade focaccia, creative coffee drinks, good wine menu and even homemade granola for the pups. We’re regular customers and make sure to bring any visitors here. Martin is always so helpful and friendly, and the entire team and owner Jad’s welcoming atmosphere just keeps us coming back. Best coffee in Arlington hands down. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced and delicious. Local business. Have tried all the coffee places in the area and didnt go back to any of them after having the Ice Coffee at Simona 10/10
