The Salt Line hosted my organization for our annual board reception and it was an amazing event. My group loved that it was laid back but elegant. We put on a lot of events for work and this was very reasonable for the service we received. The event planner and managers were there for us every step of the way and so accommodating. Their recommendations for the amount of food, type of service and space was on point and Im glad I trusted them. Hats off to you Salt Line!

Staff and restaurant were nice but I was pretty disappointed with the beer selection and the hamburger that I got, although delicious, was small and lost in a giant plate of fries. Definitely would have liked more burger and less fries. Also, they only had one type of cheese. I don't care much for American Cheese, the yellow / orange type and that is the only cheese they have in the restaurant. The KeyLime pie was a bit small but tasted incredible.

the entrees were delicious and perfectly cooked. the oysters were fine! good but nothing special. Our server was really friendly and fast. The prices were pretty expensive, so will return on special occasions.

We only spent time on the outdoor patio, which is dog friendly! The patio was a fun laid back atmosphere, and made me feel like I was up in New England. I came here with two locals and it is one of their favorite spots to grab a drink and I could see why. The sea food was also very fresh!

I've now been to TSL a few times and it has not disappointed. Awesome outdoor bar with a decent happy hour. The food is great but is a bit overpriced.

It was pretty good, scallops were ok, not great. Oysters were good, service good. There were 6 of us we had a nice time. It was crowded and noisy inside. We've enjoyed it much more when outside.

Great food. Service can be tough these days with low staff levels, but....This was still remarkably poor, slow, indifferent service. Sadly the server seemed experienced. She tried to make her problems our problems. My prior first visit had been great. This visit wasn't.

This is my daughter's first oyster experience so I was really excited. We were sat promptly on arrival which was great. Our waiter came and after some discussion, we penciled in our order of oysters. But then we were moved to a different table due to some logistical mistake on the establishment's part. The new waitress came and instead of checking with the previous waiter, she insisted that we filled out the order again (which we didn't remember all of it). She seemed annoyed and never once cracked a smile. Once she located the old order, never once apologized. She also forgot our appetizers, insisting that we never ordered with her. Never checked back with us during the meal. Some other waiter actually brought us and took our check. My daughter is usually very easy going, had to admit that something was really off with this lady. Oysters were ok. Portuguese stew was excellent! Crab dip a little rich but good. We just expected a pleasant experience when dining out and the waiters/waitresses can really enhance or kill it. In this case, the latter!

I had the crispy octopus, Waterman's Platter, and Portuguese stew. On another time, I enjoyed the King Crab Benedict, Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast, and oysters. The food was perfect, though a bit overpriced.

We visited from out of town and had to stop at Salt Line twice! Joe and Mariel were absolutely fantastic servers and so personable. The oysters were next level, and the pasta dish top tier. 5/5 stars both visits! The manager not only visited our table, but remembered us on our next visit! A must stop!!

We went to the Saltline with positive expectations but ended very disappointed. The food was poor, service made us feel that they wanted to rush us out to accommodate others and once order was taken it was difficult to get attention.

The happy hour clam chowder was super watery. The happy hour house punch had way too much ice packed into it. The scallops and the cod, for our main entrées, were excellent. The card melted in my mouth.
