Good location and service, decent price and variety of desserts. We had the salted caramel and oreo ice creams. You get two scoops in a small size, and they've got waffle and sugar cones with a range of toppings and sauces, all as add ons.
So I’ve been coming here for a hot minute simply because this is the only place I have found that has banana ice cream. I had the pleasure of enjoying banana ice cream in Japan and was thrilled to find an ice cream parlor that had this flavor on the menu. I am highly disappointed in looking at the serving scoop for Toby’s. For the price I would expect a bigger scoop.
We have been here three times now and the quality keeps us coming back. Green tea, pistachio and vanilla bean are some of our favorites. Reasonable prices for the D.C. area and in an area for multiple restaurants and shopping, so very convenient location.
