I have been coming here for over 5 years and I adore the smell when I walk in. The owner and staff are very kind. Toby's is a small homemade ice cream store with amazing ice cream and cones. They recently renovated and have some indoor and outdoor seating. My favorite flavor is only available in the fall, Pumpkin, and I make a point to get as much of it as is reasonable in the season.

Parking: There is Parking out front and in the lot out back.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids there all the time, the staff is kind, and the kids, for the most part, can see the ice cream in the case.

Wheelchair accessibility: Neither I nor my family are wheelchair users so I haven't run into any issues, but there are no steps and the doorway should be big enough for a wheelchair

This was a great ice cream place that also has some unique flavors your don’t typically see. I’d recommend to anyone.

Parking: Parking fills up. But there were still a couple spots and people came and go which made it easy.

Great unique flavors in the neighborhood.

I love finding unique ice cream shops with exotic flavors like Ube, Buko pandan, and lychee. The girls who were working were nice. Toby's is located in a strip mall next to a Walgreens, and popular Italian store. There is free street parking, and a small parking lot behind the Italian shop. Happy Eats ✌️

Super small shop located in an area that has only limited street parking. Ice cream was very good as expected.
