Walked out when I had been sitting at my table for over 15 minutes without a waiter ever coming to check on me. There was maybe 2 waiters for the entire crowded restaurant so they seem extremely understaffed.
The All u can eat option was a great value. The menu had a lot of options. Everyone enjoyed the Sushi, Ramen and Hibachi. We will definitely be back!
The food is very well prepared as evidenced by the taste that it offers. You need to wait for your orders a bit more bit I think it's because it's packed when we ate there for dinner and the waiter forgets the orders too. But overall, the restaurant itself is recommendable.
This was one of my favourite Japanese restaurants. They had an excellent happy hour every night which I used to enjoy alot in the spring/summer sitting outside. Sadly I went this time to discover they no longer had the happy hour and only had an all you could eat menu. It is a good deal if you want to eat alot - but I don't want to eat that much so not as good a deal for me as the happy hour. Also there was a piece of plastic wrap in my ginger which sadly made it into my mouth as I didn't see it. They gave me a discount for this - but really - no-one wants to eat plastic which has been touched by how many people. Secondly, my friend had Chicken katsu and it was the most unappealing looking meal I've seen. She didn't enjoy it. Chicken on the plate, with a big dish of sauce with a couple of pieces of broccoli plonked on the plate. Looked really poor. My sushi was okay - but sadly the overall experience was not what it used to be. Disappointing - as I won't be going there nearly as much as I used to with no good happy hour and plastic experience. Just wasn't the same great experience I've had in the past.
Exceptional food, selection, quality. Some of the service folks did not understand the menu. Noisy kids. Incredible place though,
Casual and affordable restaurant offering a wide variety of delicious Americanized Japanese cuisine including sushi and ramen. Excellent and quick service and a full bar.

The best place to eat! This is by far my favorite restaurant to bring friends and family or even a date!
Did not try much sushi so take this review with a grain of salt, as it seems like sushi may be their specialty -
Ramen was fine. The noodles were perfect - had a little bite to them which I adore- but the broth (I got tokontsu) was a little less deep in flavor than I prefer and the char su was very thinly sliced, which imo is a way to get away with giving less for the price.
The hibachi was a rip off. I know hibachi is never like a 5-star meal, but the portion size was laughable for the price. My partner got steak and chicken (which for some reason is the same price as ordering fully steak???) and there were like 5 pieces of steak total. For $30 we should have just gotten two orders from Quickway.

One of the worst places I've been to. Food quality was mediocre at best. I order steak and chicken hibachi and the steak was definitely not filet mignon as the menu said. About the best thing they had was some deep fried chicken (basically chicken nuggets) Ramen was no good either 🤮

Another welcome addition to the neighborhood!
Large menu, with lots of options beyond sushi
Some rolls are great and some are good. Standard pricing with generous servings.
Recommend : TNT Truffle, Misty Forest - smoky, and Fire and Ice - rich but the flavors work well together.
OK : Rising Sun - a fine rainbow roll, and the Yellowtail Jalapeño roll.
Service is very friendly but a little slow - in fairness, it was very busy
Seating outside and inside
