Great place for business lunch. Service is friendly, food is of high quality, and there is a smart-casual atmosphere. 4 stars on service because sometimes the wait time can get slightly long.

Grass-fed burger was fantastic! Best burger hands down! Enjoyed refresher drink and squash pie slice. Will be back!

Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen. My server, Tyrel, was super friendly and attentive! He was genuinely one of the highlights of my visit. He was warm, attentive, and checked in the perfect amount!! You can tell he actually enjoys what he does. The burger and veggies were fresh, flavorful and really delicious! Quick service, good vibe — I’d definitely recommend and come back! Ask for Tyrel!

Dined here for lunch on a date and absolutely loved the atmosphere!! We had Quennie take care of us at the bar and her service was incredible. She made delicious cocktails that I will definitely be back for and was extremely attentive. I usually order just one drink at the bar because I don’t like to bother anyone by asking, but Quennie kept checking in and made great recommendations for more drinks. The food was also incredible— the Tuscan kale salad being my favorite! It’s hard to get a kale salad right, but the kitchen staff made it perfectly!

We keep trying for our friends how like True Food. It was awful. 2 people ordered the air-fried chicken tenders. They both sent them back. Someone also ordered the air-fried French fries - the didn't like them. They were also $12! The pizza was only okay, as was the chicken parm...maybe less than okay, frankly (the chicken had a weird texture (like the tenders) and the pasta was not great). The concept of the place also turns us off. Why have NO soda (come on - have Coke or Pepsi products!) and the alcohol options are so limited as to keep us from ordering? Add some decent alcohol and common sodas. This last visit (after several to different locations (Merrifield, Reston, Ballston)) has convinced us that we may have had our last visit. We just can't.

Service was exceptional but the kitchen was lacking, two of the chicken dishes had a weird flavor added that didn't mesh with the dish (those diners thought someone tried to make a non-spicy dish spicy). The air fried fries came out ok, but not cooked as thoroughly as you would expect from an air frier.

It's always nice to find a spot to grab a quick, healthy bite.

Was at an event at a nearby hotel, needed said quick healthy bite, and was super happy to find this place on Google maps.

The green bowl was tasty and a nice balance of ingredients and flavors.

Would definitely pick up something from here when in the area again...

My family & I had a great experience at this location. First impression of the food was great it’s a blend of comfort food with a healthy twist. Our server Daniel was attentive and knowledgeable as he made most of the recommendations for all of us. Will be coming back soon!
