Woinshet was my server and she was as awesome this time as she was the last time I was here in July. Def need to keep her service related; she'd be great as a trainer/upper management!

The food was okay. Did the work it needed to, nothing overly special but still good.

I don’t think the specificity I communicated as regards my order were honored like not wanting my bacon dry or preferring my eggs scrambled till dry.

Also asked for a glass of water that never came.

Food did the work but attention to detail was sorely missing.

I am very disappointed, and when I land back on Wednesday, I will be speaking to someone about who charged my card for a tip. I did not authorize. I was there recently this past Sunday, September 14, and when I fly back September 17, I will be speaking to somebody and somebody’s manager about an unauthorized tip and somebody will be getting fired.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service and spinach dip. The charging ports were an added bonus. Everyone was friendly and the food came out quickly. After eating, I seriously considered ordering another one. It was just that good. Nazrawit was amazing and almost made me forget I was dining in an airport. I'll definitely be back on my next layover. :-)

The waitress NAZH was very rude. Acted as if I had to order something In order to sit at the free and open tables. You don’t own this restaurant so stop acting like it.
