Restaurant Service is not that good, air conditioning in my room was not working.
Just not what you would expect at a crown plaza hotel.
Get a new night manager because Willie is terrible. I got stuck in the garage around 12:30am this morning because the parking machine wouldn't read my QR code for a Spot Hero reservation (I was booked until 2am on 3/14. I was blocking traffic so I called the front desk for help.
