Wendy’s needs to get a drive thru order screen. They hire people that don’t understand english and very frustrating explaining numerous time. When we got the order it was wrong. Its the second time its happened and last time i buy there. Its bad fir the brand. The buns were burned. If its burned they should throw it away and make new nit give it to customer as if we are idiots. Save yourself a headache and go to another Wendys
I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. It is pricey, but I think that's just the name of the game these days, so I just go there when I want to treat myself. Food is always fresh and hot. The employees are always friendly and kind. I haven't had anyone ever give me attitude, even if I have a minor complaint.
They were accommodating and their service was quick but the disconnect between digital and in-person was bad. I saw they posted two sets of hours: one for drive thru and the other for Wendy's. I assumed that since they had 2 different categories that must have been dine-in. Nope. That closes 4 hours before the drive thru. Apparently I wasn't the only one confused as I saw several other people walk up and pull on the door surprised it was locked. Since I flew in and used...
