WHINO is a cool spot with live music on weekends, perfect for happy hour. The service is fast and friendly, with delicious Anticucho buns on the menu. Despite a loud jazz band, the Brussel sprouts, mushroom ragout, Korean bbq wings, and espresso martinis were fantastic. Dining family-style was a hit, although some dishes arrived late, needing reminders to the staff.
