I want to give Fitsum the bartender 5 stars but I’m leaving only 3 because the manager (Chris) made it very uncomfortable. We were having breakfast (great by the way) and drinks to start our vacation and Fitsum our bartender was awesome then his manager comes in talking very rude to him in front of us. Not something you want to witness at the start of your vacation. So I’d give 5 stars for service and food and 1 for management.
I ordered the Prosciutto & Provolone Panini & the prosciutto quality is so bad that I can’t even eat it. Overly chewy, subpar meat rather than buttery prosciutto. I’d expect more from this chain. Disappointing as it was an expensive meal. The plus side is it did come with chips and a pickle for better value.

He had a cute little son every time the food would come up and let smile in all the patrons
The rest of the staff not so much. The food was OK but it’s a cool place to sit if he’s working.
