Casey is exceptional being warm, welcoming, and informative. She deserves 5 stars and represents Yume proudly and professionally…so much so, I returned again one day later. Yume offers exquisite service coupled with high quality and fresh food flown in from Japan daily.
The sushi rice was undercooked and crunchy. The fish quality was alright. The wait time between ordering and receiving food took longer than expected. The fish quality between items was different: sashimi seemed to be lower quality than their signature plate. Overall, not worth $85 for all you can eat. Staff was nice but I probably wouldn’t come back here given the quality and price
