My first experience with a kolache and apparently I've been missing out. We got the philly, veggie popper, pizza, 5 cheese mac, and the chicken bacon ranch on the savory side and the apple, double brownie, and raspberry cream cheese on the sweet side. They were all a hit. The bread is slightly sweet - like a brioche in texture and taste but better, IMO.

My wife liked the philly best, I liked the veggie popper (just enough spiciness), and my daughter liked...
